Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered — if it's not quite right, returning or exchanging is simple.

• Return window: 30 days from delivery
• Condition: Unworn, unwashed, original condition, with tags attached
• Exchanges: Completely free — no shipping cost either way
• Returns (refund): No restocking fee. The cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund total
• Packaging: Please return items in waterproof packaging. We can't issue refunds for damage caused by improper packaging.

Exchanges

Request a return label by emailing us or selecting “Return” on your order confirmation. Your exchange ships once your return is confirmed in transit — no shipping charge either direction.

Returns (Without Exchange)

If you'd rather have a refund than an exchange, the cost of your return shipping label is deducted from the refund amount. There's no restocking fee.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed immediately. You'll get a confirmation email within 2–3 business days of us receiving your return, and funds typically post to your account within 10–14 days, depending on your bank.

Not Eligible for Return

Gift cards, accessories, customized/made-to-order items, and Final Sale items. Preorders are returnable under the standard 30-day window once delivered, the same as any other order.

Gifts

If your gift shipped directly to you, we'll issue store credit and email a gift voucher once we receive your return. If it didn't ship directly to you, proof of purchase is required.
