Easy Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but if it’s not quite right—don’t worry! Returning or exchanging with us is simple.

  • Return Window: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Labels & Fees: Return and exchange shipping labels are $6.99 (paid in advance or deducted from your refund, if applicable). For exchanges, this flat fee covers shipping both ways!

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with all tags attached. Tony by Toni reserves the right to refuse merchandise that does not meet quality control standards.

  • PLEASE ENSURE WATERPROOF PACKAGING!!! If not returned in the original shipper, refunds will not be given for damaged goods due to improper return packaging.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, you may request a return label by emailing us or by selecting “Return” from your order confirmation. Please note: the item must be in transit before an exchange is issued.

 

Returns (Without Exchange)

A 10% restocking fee applies to returns that are not exchanged. Please allow 3–5 business days from your ship date for us to process your return once received.

 

Refunds

Once your return is accepted, card refunds are processed immediately, and you’ll receive a confirmation within 2–3 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 14 days for the funds to appear on your statement.

  • Customized items
  • Final Sale/Clearance items

 

Gifts

If you received an item as a gift that was purchased and shipped directly to you, we’ll issue a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you, minus the $6.99 return shipping fee.

If the gift was not shipped directly to you, proof of purchase will be required to process the return.
