Free shipping applies to orders over $70 or select promotional items.
Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days (M-F). We are closed on the weekends. Shipping time frames are determined by your selected shipping preference and do not include processing time. Please understand that due to ongoing service delays from mail carriers, there may be delays in the transit of your order and we cannot guarantee any specific delivery date(s).
Orders ship from Houston TX and transit time varies may vary by delivery destination.
Please understand that these factors are out of Tony by Toni's control and we have no way to expedite a shipment nor cancel any orders once it is shipped.
We subscribe every order to our real-time transit and tracking.

Tracking Process:
Tony by Toni connects your email or phone number provided at checkout to all shipping and tracking notifications. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate contact information as this is the only we can accurately notify our customers with tracking updates.
Updates you will receive:
- Order confirmation - this is received immediately after the order is placed
- Order fulfilled - the shipping label has created and the package is awaiting pickup from the mail carrier
- Order received by carrier - this means the mail carrier has received the package and is preparing for transit
- In transit - the package is now in route to you
- Out for delivery - the package is out for delivery to your mailbox
- Order delivered - the item is now at your address!
